Flogg keeps your records on your phone. What reaches our servers is a photograph that is read and then discarded, and a count of how many listings you've made.
Your items, your photographs, your prices, what you paid, what you sold things for, and your profit and tax totals. All of it is stored on the device. We hold no copy, which is also why we cannot restore it if you delete the app.
Where your iPhone supports Apple's on-device model, the text on a care label is read on the device itself. That text is not sent anywhere.
There is no Flogg account. We do not ask for your name, address or date of birth, and we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Google processes listing photographs as our AI provider, under terms that prohibit using paid-tier content to train their models. Neon hosts the database holding the listing counts, and FastAPI Cloud runs the Gateway. Both are in the European Union. Nobody else receives anything.
When you post a listing, you paste it into Vinted, eBay or Depop yourself. What happens after that is between you and them, under their own privacy policies.
Photographs are discarded once a listing is written — within the lifetime of the request. Listing counts are kept per calendar month and are meaningless afterwards. Everything else is on your phone until you remove it.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In practice most of this you can do yourself and instantly: Settings → Export everything and Settings → Delete everything on this iPhone. For the listing count held against your device, email us and we'll remove it.
Flogg is not intended for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect, rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
