Flogg is a tool for writing your own listings and keeping your own records. You remain the seller, and the listing remains yours.
Flogg reads photographs you take, drafts a listing for the marketplaces you choose, suggests a price, and records what you sold and for how much. It writes drafts; you decide what to publish.
Suggested prices are drawn from what comparable items are listed at. They are not valuations, not guarantees, and not advice. What something sells for is up to the market.
The money features keep records. They do not calculate what you owe, and nothing in the app or on this site is tax advice. The £1,000 trading allowance and the platform reporting thresholds are shown for context; whether they apply to you depends on circumstances only you and an accountant know.
Flogg includes a number of free AI listings each calendar month. Flogg Plus removes that cap for a monthly or yearly fee. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple Account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed and cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.
Flogg is provided as it is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, that a listing will sell, or that any figure it shows is accurate enough to rely on without checking. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can stop using Flogg at any time and delete everything from Settings. We may suspend access if the service is being used to break the law or to abuse the free allowance.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
